2016 is fast approaching and we are forming new habits and aiming to be the be the best version of ourselves, here are some of the ways you can too...
1. Simplify. As humans you can’t do everything, that’s the reality. You can’t be in two places at once so you need to simplify and prioritise. What are the things that matter the most to you and at this season of your life. There is a season for everything we must focus and make the best use of it
2. Identify your values, what are your current roles and responsibilities, what is expected of you and what do you hope to have achieved by the end of your life. Take time to listen to those who have gone before you. Forget material things, what actually matters in your life?
3. Set Goals and write down how you intend on achieving them, if you don’t know, do some research to find out. Set review dates.
4. Prepare, prepare, and prepare some more: The will to prepare is even more important than the will to succeed. It is preparation that gets things done. Plan everything from your schedule, to the bag you are using the next day. Remember tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it.
5. Change your perspective, change your mind-set, and change your habits. Some habits will go out kicking and screaming but remember it takes courage, strength and choice to face a new thing.
6. Don’t put things off!

8. Change the way you view problems, always see them as opportunities to build character and experience
